Gîte très sympa, propre et bien aménagé nous étions 4 avec un bébé et un enfant de 4 ans. Bien situé pour visiter la région. Manque un peu les produits de base (penser au produit lave vaisselle et lave linge) mais autrement tout était parfait! Mes enfants ont bien aimé les jouets et livres mis à dispo.

Très bonne localisation pour se déplacer en Bretagne et visiter le Mont St michel, Dinan, Cancale, St Malo ... Tres grand appartement, fonctionnel. Jeux mis à disposition, machine à laver... Top ! Penses à prendre ses draps et serviettes car no fournis. Pas forcement d'exterieur à utiliser pour déjeuner dehors, il s'agit plus d'un garage à l'entrée et la route à proximité est assez dangereuse, les voitures roulent très vite donc être vigilant avec les enfants mais cela ne gène en rien le séjour sur place.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in angenehm ruhiger Lage. Praktische Raumaufteilung: Wohnräume oben, Waschmaschine, Putzutensilien, mobiler Wäscheständer und Platz für z.B. Fahrräder unten. Im überdachten Vorraum kann man wahlweise das Auto unterstellen oder den Wäscheständer, sodass feuchte Wäsche regengeschützt trocknen kann und nicht in der Wohnung hängen muss (extrem praktisch bei Strandurlauben). Einrichtung top: Sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll, blitzsauber (!), alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Mme Leronsoux ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles lief völlig unkompliziert. Entfernung zum nächsten Küstenabschnitt mit dem Rad ca 25min, mit dem Auto ca. 15min; wunderschöne Badestrände mit dem Auto in ca. 25-30min zu erreichen; für Sportliche auch mit dem Fahrrad. Wenige Minuten entfernt eine empfehlenswerte Bäckerei (St. Guinoux), Tankstelle und Supermarkt in La Fresnais. Nach 14 Tagen Urlaub mit Kindern sind wir super entspannt und können die "Gite Coté Marais" absolut und uneingeschrämkt empfehlen!
