About this apartment rental
This unit is has fantastic views of the Gulf Of Mexico on a quiet stretch of white sand beaches. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom overlooking the Gulf with adjoining bathroom and a quest room with a view of the Sound and a queen sized bed with a new mattress. The Unit will sleep 6 with a foldout vouch.There is a separate guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has every thing you need. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's, Wi-Fi, Cable. The dining room furnitureand add to the overall vacation experience. It has keyless entry so you not have worry about lost keys or meeting someone for check-in. Emerald Surf has elevators, a seasonally heated swimming pool, and private beach access. We will provide guests with a beach umbrella and two chairs from March through October. ($150 value) Please note that property maintenance is often done by the Homeowner's Association on the exterior of the building in the fall and winter. We adjust our rates accordingly to accommodate this.is made from teak and the spacious balcony has a lounge chair, table, and five chairs.

We loved this condo. The view was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy. My favorite part was the kitchen. It had everything we needed and it was so spacious. The pool was heated. It was a cold weekend, so it was very nice to have the warm pool to come back to after a long walk on the beach. The host is quick at responding and very friendly. We will be back!!!!

Absolutely loved this condo. It was so nice and comfy. Beautiful view of the beach, loved the heated pool. Nicely stocked kitchen with needed items for cooking. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, But has not been cleaned properly in a long while . There was a thick layer of dust on all decor and shelves. Food crumbs in drawers and cabinets.Floors still had sand and trash from the previous stay .Master shower did not drain and you had to shower in standing water . There was mold in the shower and refrigerator. Both shower heads were rusted and covered in hard water stains . The condo is need of an update. We stayed at the same unit two years ago and had the same issues we spoke with the owner then and was hoping this stay would be different but unfortunately it was not 😞
