This luxe vacation rental is one of six gorgeous townhomes - In a PRIME LOCATION, only one street over from West End Avenue, which turns into Broadway/Downtown, only a 4 minute Uber ride to all of the Midtown bars and restaurants, and literally directly behind the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel...Doesn't get any better! :) These are upscale, designed to the 9's homes laid out to comfortably sleep 12 people in 4 magnificent bedrooms! Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, and also the stunning outdoor living space! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

This home was exactly as posted. It is beautiful and fully stocked. Truly appreciated all of the bathroom supplies. More importantly the hosts were amazing and were truly willing to help us in any way to make our time there memorable. We would definitely come back and stay in any of their condos.

We had a great time! Wonderful space for a grown family or group - bedrooms are comfortable and spread out on different levels. Lots of space and privacy. Beautiful bathrooms, comfy living space and large TVs. Great location for visiting students at Vanderbilt - walking distance! - and near a few restaurants. Short ride from the airport.Hosts stocked the fridge with sodas and provided candy - nice touch! Seamless check-in/check out.

This unit was perfect for a quick trip to Nashville, ideal location to restaurants and plenty of space. Very excited to come back.
