(VRBO #795076) This luxe vacation rental is one of six gorgeous townhomes - In a PRIME LOCATION, only one street over from West End Avenue, which turns into Broadway/Downtown, only a 4 minute Uber ride to all of the Midtown bars and restaurants, and literally directly behind the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel...Doesn't get any better! :) These are upscale, designed to the 9's homes laid out to comfortably sleep 12 people in 4 magnificent bedrooms! Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, and also the stunning outdoor living space! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

We are thrilled to have our guests stay with us on their vacation! We want our guests to spend their vacation relaxing and not worry about tasks to do early in the morning prior to driving home or hurrying to the airport! We just returned from a trip to Nashville, where we stayed in this house. It was beautiful! We flew in on a late flight, and were so happy to be greeted by drinks in the refrigerator and snacks, as it was too late to get groceries. The house is located in a safe neighborhood. The house was so clean! I had great communication with the owner and felt that they were there if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

This is the second property of this host’s that I’ve stayed. Our experience both times was absolutely top-notch!!! This property was located very conveniently to why we were there (graduation) and was easy to get to/from wherever we needed. The property itself was perfect for the 8 of us, and it was the best ‘home base’ for our trip. Lauren is a wonderful host, and I highly recommend this, or any of her other properties. We’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful place with lots of great amenities. Short uber to broadway. Great for couples as there is a bathroom next to or within each bedroom! Enjoyed lots of sunshine on the rooftop Lauren is an amazing host and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend

We loved staying here. It was close enough to the main area of Broadway, but yet far enough away to not be bothered by the crowds. Took about five minutes by uber to get to the main area. Great location and wonderful home to share with friends. All of us said we would stay there again if ever back in Nashville. Highly recommend this home.
