(VRBO #795076) This luxe vacation rental is one of six gorgeous townhomes - In a PRIME LOCATION, only one street over from West End Avenue, which turns into Broadway/Downtown, only a 4 minute Uber ride to all of the Midtown bars and restaurants, and literally directly behind the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel...Doesn't get any better! :) These are upscale, designed to the 9's homes laid out to comfortably sleep 12 people in 4 magnificent bedrooms! Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, and also the stunning outdoor living space! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

We are thrilled to have our guests stay with us on their vacation! We want our guests to spend their vacation relaxing and not worry about tasks to do early in the morning prior to driving home or hurrying to the airport! Beautiful property. It was exactly as described. The host was so easy to communicate with. It was a perfect venue for my family during my daughter’s wedding weekend.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially with our party’s last-minute changes. The property was exactly as pictured, located in a great area, and perfect for a family vacation or girls’ trip. We had such a wonderful experience and are already planning to rebook for our next trip to Nashville!

This is an A property. It is beautiful, very well appointed and well located. The host was more than accommodating and everything you need on site was there. The host had a welcome basket with all kinds of goodies with lots of local information about Nashville. I will be a return guest. A great value for the money.
