The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great property right on the lake. Quiet area. Plenty of places to take walks and enjoy nature. We are a group of 3 couples. The house was ideal as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We go away each fall, staying at different places. This was, by far, our favorite.

Great location. Beautiful views. Ample space for 2 people. Awesome walking areas nearby. Having the docking area was ideal. House was clean and well furnished. Highly recommend!
