Great place to stay with the family. Owner’s communication was excellent. Will stay again when in the Castle Rock Lake area in the future.

Beautiful condo in a great family-friendly resort. The beach and pool are in close proximity to the property and well maintained. This is a perfect place for golfers as well—the replica course is so much fun to play! We ventured out for a round and went over to hit range balls and watch golfers tee off on the island green another day. The property was clean and kitchen well-stocked. The use of the garage during our stay was fabulous as well! A definite plus for us. We had a little glitch during check-in with key cards not being ready, but the office staff were helpful and everything went smooth after that. Matt was very responsive with answering questions and helping during our stay. We had a great week!

The Northern Bay resort condo was a great fit for our needs. We were attending a family reunion and the condo had all the necessary accommodations for us. The condo was clean and was the perfect distance from the pool and the main bar/restaurant. First floor walkout was a bonus along with access to the garage. Would definitely book again!
