Of them, one is provided with one double bed, whereas the other two bedrooms rely on two twin beds each.
The other three bedrooms are located upstairs: one is equipped with one double bed, another features two twin beds, whereas the last bedroom is furnished with four single beds. Therefore, a family of up to 14 people can rent this villa and spend here their well-deserved holidays. The first floor also welcomes two bathrooms with shower.
Air-con is provided on the first floor, as well as radiators and thermal emitters.
The gorgeous patio, which is reachable from the living room, is as cosy as you can imagine, and the whole family can spend their free time here. In fact, you will find a few sun loungers to soak up the sunshine, an outdoor dining area to enjoy the delicacies cooked on the nearby grill, and the lovely private pool to refresh.
The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.

Tanto mi marido como yo hemos vivido en esta maravillosa casa unos dias inolvidables celebrando 25 años de un logrado " buén rollo familiar ".
La casa está bién conservada, tiene todas las prestaciones (y muchas más ) para que te sientas a gusto y con confort : mobiliario, decoración, menaje, lenceria, etc.....
Los jóvenes ya estan pensando en volver con los amigos en primavera para enseñarles el paisaje de la Subbética y practicar rafting en el rio Genil con los de "Alúa ".
Muy recomendable para reuniones y celebraciones familiares porque las estancias trasmiten el gusto de sus dueños de preservar con devoción el lugar donde vivieron sus padres y abuelos.¡Buen trabajo!
