About this house rental
House on 2 levels with a magnificent sea view of all rooms, it is composed of:
-a covered terrace with a magnificent view to have a drink
-of a ground floor with a kitchen (hob, hood, fridge / freezer) and its table, a living room with sofa bed 140 and a bedroom with a bed 140 and a closet. The bathroom and separate toilet are on this floor.
-On the 1st floor a large room under slope with 5 beds: a bed of 140, 2 single beds, one with drawer and mattress of 90 if necessary. The view from above is simply magical.
- The whole is on a basement where are the bikes (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 children), beach umbrella and terrace, fins / masks / snorkels, deckchairs, coffee table tray, weber BBQ ...
The ground is composed of an outside shower, a superior terrace with an outdoor table and 6 chairs, and a low terrace on artificial turf equipped with a lemon tree and deckchairs, deckchairs ...
A hammock area is located behind the house under a mimosa.
A private parking space is located 20 m from the house.
This house is ideally located 100 m from the port, 150 m from the pedestrian street of the city center, at the start of the bike path that goes to Cavalière, 300 m from the municipal beach and sailing school and 10 min to walk to the beautiful beach of St Clair.
Once arrived, you put the car and do everything on foot, even shopping (bakery 50 m, small Casino 500 m, Carrefour City 700 m).

"We had a great stay in the cottage. It is a bit cosy for 7 people but has everything you need. The outside area is also very nice. Communication with the landlady was easy and good.
