Stay at âBeach Babyâ in Seascape Golf, Beach and Tennis Resort for the ultimate getaway to Miramar Beach, Florida! This newly renovated, private three-bedroom, two-bathroom beachside bungalow is perfect for a relaxing retreat. Located in the Tennis Village within the Seascape community, âBeach Babyâ offers easy access to eight professional tennis courts and a tennis pro shop. The villa is just 750 yards from the nearest public beach access, allowing you to walk directly to the beautiful Emerald Coast across Scenic Highway 98. The walk from the front door to the sand takes only five minutes!
Inside, the property features three spacious bedrooms, each with oversized closets. The primary suite offers a king bed, the secondary suite includes a queen bed, and the bonus room has two twin beds. There are two newly renovated bathrooms with glass-door showers. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The home also boasts newly installed LVP flooring, fresh paint, updated light fixtures, and newly decorated interiors.

Itâs a nice area and the location of the place is Great! Overall our stay was great and the place was nice.

Filthy & stinky. Stayed in hotel that night due to mold & mildew cellar smell as I have asthma. Couldnât use the washer as full of mold. Carpets filthy with stains. Property manager accommodated us in a much nicer rental in a nicer area of town the next day.
