We stayed here summer 2024 and it was perfect for what we needed as a family of 5. A golf cart would be nice to travel around the neighborhood and get to the pool. The house was clean and well maintained. Check in was a little hectic with not knowing which entrance to go in and there being 2 with tons of traffic.

We like the location of the tennis villas. This one was fine and clean. Needs a coffee table and/or an end table at couch. We paid upfront for beach towels etc. & weren't told until we got there that you were out of them.We would have brought from home, if informed ahead of time. Very annoying - girl in office was VERY nice about it and even offered to buy them for us but it shouldn't have happened.

The villa was clean and stocked with enough essentials like paper towels and toilet paper. The only thing we needed to purchase was laundry detergent. Management was very communicative and clear about expectations and instructions. We enjoyed our trip and would stay here again!

We stayed for four days. Upon arrival, we realized we never received the entry code for the villa and had to call for assistance. When we finally got inside, we were greeted by a dead cockroach. The villa itself was generally clean, but we still felt the need to re-clean everything before using it. We were also surprised to find only one roll of toilet paper, and when we requested more, we were told we would need to purchase it ourselves. Overall, the experience was okay, but these issues definitely affected our stay.
