Explore the waters with our provided adult kayak and a pedal boat that comfortably seats five. Kids can enjoy their own adventure with three children's kayaks. Spend your days paddling and splashing in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Anna. The firepit is a wonderful place to gather - bring your s'mores and get ready for some spooky storytelling!

Immerse yourself in the nautical-themed décor as you step into this modern and stylish home. Stream favorite movies and shows on the large smart TV in the spacious living room, or break out any of the provided board games for an entertaining evening at home. The fully-equipped kitchen showcases sleek stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation a delight. Gather around the dining area and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones, overlooking the stunning lake views.

Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms on the lower level, two bedrooms on the main level, and one bedroom along with a loft on the upper level. The bedrooms on the lower level feature fun and unique themes; you will discover pirate-themed and coastal-themed bedrooms.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
