Beautiful area with sanctuary in the backdrop. Great pool with plenty of chaises. Seating for our group was satisfactory.

Fantastic pool, very clean. Lots of outdoor furniture, enough for everyone to lounge and sit out. However on arrival bbq was found to be dirty. It hadn’t been cleaned so we didn’t use it. Before arrival I requested information on villas baby equipment. I was given hire contact info. On arrival we discovered lots of baby equipment , two buggies in garage, high chair, two travel cots and baby walker, Great.
I emailed William regarding info on extra towels and bedding as there was only one bath towel and hand towel each. No spare bedding, only what was on beds. With a five year old with medical issues this wasn’t good. Therefore washing machine was on constantly.
The villa is very large but dark inside. Needs some updating especially in kitchen area. Fridge well used and looked dirty with cracks on the inside casing. No scissors in kitchen. Had to buy some . Empty cupboard space could be used for more plates and glassware etc. only one plate each etc.
large planters on podiums inside property was a bit dangerous with young children about.
Having owned two properties ourselves on Calabay parc and a new build in Solterra I’m well aware of guest expectations.
Overall we still had a fantastic time and recommend watersong in general as we’ve stayed in other properties there before.
With a bit more updating and taking safety issues into consideration we would consider staying again.
