This house is so lovely and cozy and the location is unbeatable. Right on the river. We so enjoyed just hanging out and being comfortable and sitting in the hot tub, and looking out at the gorgeous front yard in the morning. Jason is so responsive—he responded immediately to our question. It took the property manager a few hours to respond (to a different question), so we were so appreciative that Jason was so accommodating. He is also a very kind person. Just a note that the train runs right behind the property—like 50 feet or so. It’s not distracting or a problem at all, just know that it’s there and when it starts back up, it can be a little jarring. (It’s not a frequent occurrence at all, and lasts about two seconds.). Absolutely recommend.

Noce property, some parts of property need refurbishment like the bathroom. Need to do something about AC. The window AC is so loud it isnhard tonsleep
