NEW RENTAL!!! ABSOLUTELY CHARMING WATERFONT HOME ON 8 ACRES WITH A BOAT DOCK. This Home is Located in Elberta, AL on Sandy Creek off of Wolf Bay. The location is AMAZING!!!!! Just a short 15 minute drive to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, 3 miles to OWA Theme Park and Tropical Falls Waterpark. Minutes to Resteraunts and Outlet Mall shopping. Enjoy evertything the surronding area has to offer and/or relax and enjoy the beauty and peacefullness this property offers. Get ready to make some memories with your family and friends. Our goal is to make this your Favortie place to be!
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps 10 to 12 people. The Master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom, ( shower only), and offers a beautiful view of the water. The second bedroom has a Full over Full Bunk Bed and another Full Bed. The second bedroom can sleep 6 comfortably. A second bathroom is located next to the bedroom and has a tub/shower combo. The 3rd Bedroom is a loft bedroom and has a Queen Bed. There is additonal sleeping on a pull out couch with a queen matress in the living room. There are flat screen TV's in every room with exception of the 3rd bedroom. The dining room table seats 6 and there are 4 addtional seats around the kitchen island.
Moving outdoors! The back porch and dock are very inviting! The back porch offers plenty of room to sit and relax, while enjoying the beautiful view or cooking on the grill. The dock is also a great place to hang out, catch a fish, take a swim or get a tan! There are several kayaks and paddle boards to explore the water way during your stay. Bring your boat and enjoy everything the area has to offer by water. In just a short boat ride, you can be sking, tubing , enjoying a resteraunt by the water or watching the sunset! This Location is truly all you can ask for. Close enough to all the action, and just far enough away to enjoy some piece and quite.

Great place for a quiet family stay! House is lovely, location is perfect!! Close to all the fun things in Foley, and just a short drive to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, with a dock to fish off of, great place for family memories to be made!

We have stayed here twice now and absolutely love it! It's clean and has everything you need. We really enjoy sitting on the dock and watching the dolphins feed in the evenings. Its quiet but yet close to so much. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic stay! The home is super nice, updated and fully stocked with everything you could need. We really enjoyed the dock, outdoor time and provided board games (helpful to entertain during the rain). Great for all ages. Can’t wait to come back!!
