All-inclusive cottage (except tourist tax), on one level, adjoining the owners' house. Possible grouping with a 2nd cottage for 2 people (reference 41G1380).
Large living room (lounge-living room-open kitchen): lounge area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV; dining area with table and chairs; kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, ... Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200cm. Bedroom 2: 1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bed 90x190cm. Shower room with walk-in shower, a sink, heated towel rail. Separate toilet.
Outside: view of the garden (shared with the owners), private parking, private terrace, garden furniture, sun lounger, barbecue. Baby bed and high chair on request. Pets accepted after agreement with the owners.

In fine weather, enjoy the beach of Montrichard (30 min) or the nautical base of Couflons (5 min) for your nautical or sports activities in a pleasant and relaxing setting. In the heart of the Cher Valley, many walks and discoveries are available to you, with varied landscapes, paths to explore on foot or by bike. For gourmets, the region is full of treasures (Loire wines, goat cheeses, etc.).
