About this cottage rental
All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax), single-story, adjoining the owners' house. It can be combined with a second cottage for 2 people (reference 41G1380).
Large open-plan living area (lounge-dining-kitchen): lounge area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, flat-screen TV; dining area with table and chairs; fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160x200cm). Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160x200cm) and 1 single bed (90x190cm). Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail. Separate WC.
Outside: view of the garden (shared with the owners), private parking, private terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue. Cot and highchair available on request. On sunny days, enjoy the beach at Montrichard (30 min) or the Couflons water sports center (5 min) for water sports or other activities in a pleasant and relaxing setting. In the heart of the Cher Valley, numerous walks and discoveries await you, with varied landscapes and paths to explore on foot or by bike. For food lovers, the region is brimming with treasures (Loire wines, goat cheeses, etc.).
