About this house rental
Our house has been an old wine estate for 5 generations.
We are located in a small quiet village in the Blaye region, where small local shops flourish: Bakery, Grocery, Butcher, Pharmacy.
The 90 m² gîte occupies the west side of the farmhouse. You will enjoy sumptuous sunsets.
We have restored this part with noble materials, such as lime, stone, wood, which preserve the old and authentic side of this family home.
The cottage has recently obtained the 3 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 Label, and we are very proud.
The cottage includes:
- on the first floor a large fitted kitchen, a living-dining room, a veranda, a laundry room, a toilet,
- upstairs a corridor leading to two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, with shower and toilet.
- a parking space outside and the possibility of parking the vehicle in the property.
A bicycle garage is at your disposal with an electrical outlet to recharge their batteries.

We had a great stay at this location. Hosts were very good to work with and the place was wonderful. Tons of space and very well equipped. They helped us with finding restaurants as well as wineries to visit. The town of version isn’t much but lots of stuff close by including Blay which was very interesting. 45 minutes drive to Bordeaux which is a great city to visit. We would come again for sure.
