Modern & Clean Princeville studio with AC, private lanai, and fast Wi-Fi!

Great space for 1-2 people. Loved having the AC at night. Nice property and quick and easy access to everything we wanted to do on the North Shores.

Had a great stay. Everything was as described and Erik was very responsive.

We really appreciated Erik's flexibility and understanding! We unfortunately had to cancel our trip last minute due to a hurricaine forecast to hit in the middle of our trip. We found that our trip insurance would not cover cancellation unless our flight was cancelled or if we were on the island when the storm hit (which we did not want to risk). When we spoke with Erik, he generously allowed us to keep part of our payment for the stay. We truly appreciate his kindness and hope we can stay at his studio in the future!

The unit is located in the Sandpiper complex. There's a small and a larger parking lot that you will need to hang a permit to park in either. Make sure to park in an unmarked spot or else you will get towed. We didn't really get to check out the pool or grill as we had an issue trying to check in our first day. Luckily, we were able to get a hold of the Host and he refunded us a good amount to make up for the mishap. The unit is on the small side and can only accommodate 2 people. The bed was nice and comfy and it had a mini fridge. There was a microwave and coffee maker. No hot plate or anything to be able to make a meal due to regulations. The unit does look like it was renovated and I like that the sink was outside separate from the toilet/shower. Everything was provided to us and there was a nice note with a canvas bag waiting for us on the bed. The place feels and looks clean. There's an AppleTV connected to the TV if you want to watch something. We really did have time for TV as we were pretty much out both days we stayed there. Though, the mishap during check-in reduced our stay to pretty much 1 day. It's a nice little unit with a couple of boogey boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and a surf board for you to use. It had everything for a short stay. I don't know if I would stay any longer than that due to size of the unit.
