About this house rental
Welcome to Hale O Imi Loa. This 3br 2ba home has been in Princeville since 1986 and is a local treasure. Recently remodeled, the owners of this home have taken great care to ensure that guests can enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian Vacation here at the home dedicated to their late son. Enter the home on the long driveway with plenty of parking and be welcomed by the local flora and fauna.
Downstairs you will find a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen stocked with everything you would need to make a nice meal. Also located downstairs are 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a Queen size bed and plenty of space to lay one's head after exploring the island. You will find a jack and Jill styled bathroom separating the two bedrooms. Each side of the bathroom offers its own vanity and toilet with a beautifully renovated full shower tub combo in the middle. In the hallways you'll find plenty of books for young and old, board games for all ages, and toys for the keiki (children). Climb the spiral staircase to the 3rd bedroom with exposed wood ceilings and a lovely view behind the queen-size bed. Upstairs you'll also find an en-suite bathroom for your use with a shower tub combo. Head out to the back lanai where you'll find plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sounds and trade winds of Kauai, as well as an outdoor dining area.
This home provides guests with beach gear, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, grill, outdoor shower, and access to a lovely green belt just behind the yard for you to play in or have an afternoon snack. Located centrally in Princeville, you are surrounded by things to do like a 5min drive to the Makai Gold Course, 5min to the Princeville Playground and the Princeville Shopping Center. You are also only 15 min or less to Hanalei Bay, 10 min to Anini Beach and there are a few hikes nearby as well. Come enjoy this treasured home in Princeville.

We loved this charming, clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The screened in back lanai was amazing to linger and listen to the peaceful sounds of the island. The house has everything one needs including great beach gear. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

We really loved staying here. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked, which made cooking easy, and having laundry was a huge help since we traveled only with carry-ons.The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, with a big driveway and a beautiful veranda where we spent almost all our time when we were home and not sleeping.The mattresses were comfortable, everything was neat and well cared for, and overall the house just felt easy and relaxing to stay in. We truly enjoyed both the home and the whole surrounding area.

Everything about this house was perfect for us. Nicely equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A wonderful screened in Lanai in the back. Weber barbecue grill in backyard. Nice quiet neighborhood. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.
