This is a great choice for your Kauai vacation. Air conditioned living room and master bedroom, this second floor condo is the kind of place that has made Princeville a sought-after vacation destination. The condo has been beautifully furnished with great attention to detail and includes two workstations in the spare bedrooms which are ideal for remote workers.
Located in the heart of the Princeville resort community, this condo is near a walking path, the hotel, the library, the Makai Golf Course and Princeville Shopping Center. There is a fitness center right in the complex. The beautiful white sand beaches for which Kauai's north shore is famous are a short drive away. Other activities nearby include helicopter tours, horseback riding, zipline adventures, hiking and a seabird refuge.
Shopping and dining are available right in Princeville as well as Kilauea and neighboring Hanalei. The charming town of Hanalei a few minutes away offers vintage, plantation-style architecture, a collection of eclectic shops and an array of eateries.
Beyond Hanalei is Haena and the end of the road. You'll enjoy gorgeous scenery along the way and, if you feel like hiking, you can find the trailhead for the Kalalau Trail off the parking lot at Ke'e Beach.
After a busy day of activities and adventure, you'll love coming home to your personal air-conditioned oasis with all the comforts of home.

The unit was very well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils. It advertised AC which it had in the kitchen/ living room and the primary bedroom. The other two bedrooms and all bathrooms do not have vents. I understand the trade winds will keep the breeze flowing , but it should have been better described in the description. The rental company was very responsive and had good communication. The beach umbrella was broken and after reaching out to the company, they quickly brought a replacement. The coolers and beach chairs were very nice to use. Overall, a great unit.

Very nicely appointed unit for our stay and pleasant visit to the island. Very spacious and lovely patio for bird watching . Our only concern was two bedrooms without AC vents above were warm to family members who stayed in there so fans were a must. Enjoyed using the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella during our stay Mahalo

Spacious condo with ample privacy between rooms. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Plenty of clean linens, and nice kitchen items like the rice cooker were much appreciated. A few kitchen handles needed a wipe down and some dishes needed to be run through the washer again, but these were very minor issues. Overall, we were very pleased!

Very Basic Townhouse with “view” from lanai of the parking lot / surrounding complex. Ugly lighting, dated decor, extremely minimal “amenities”. Thankfully it was reasonably clean. Management was responsive when I had an issue.
