Located in the tranquil hamlet of Tregoodwell, on the edge of Bodmin Moor, this 3 bedroom cottage is filled with Cornish charm. Offering an off road parking space, you will find the property set back from the main road, yet within easy reach of the A39 which runs the length of Cornwall – making this an ideal base from which to explore.
The large enclosed private garden offers privacy and outside seating, with ample room for little ones and dogs to run and play.
As you enter the cottage you notice a warm welcome, with its underfloor heated slate flooring. The living room with large comfortable sofa, log burning stove and tv offers a homely place to relax, whilst then second reception room, also with a log burning stove, 2 sofas and a coffee table is a great extension for larger groups, or for when you simply want some space.
The fully equipped galley kitchen offers all the mod cons required to enjoy your stay in Cornwall, including a dishwasher and washing machine. A dining area at the end of the kitchen is ideal for breakfast, with patio doors and a sky light, making it light and airy, especially in those summer afternoons.
Upstairs you will find 3 well presented bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower cubicle.
The master bedroom offers a kingsize bed, comfortable armchair and plenty of space for storage. A second kingsize bed can be found in the second large bedroom and a small double in the third room.
