Embrace pure relaxation in this freshly upgraded holiday home with spectacular ocean views. We have just replaced all carpets with premium modern floorboards, creating a sleek, clean, and contemporary feel throughout the entire residence.
Just a short 15-mins walk to the beach, where breathtaking bay views await. Discover the perfect location in Mt Martha for a memorable vacation or a relaxed getaway.
This fully equipped home boasts modern, stylish furniture and incredibly comfortable beds. The sunroom and spacious living room create a delightful space for endless entertainment with loved ones.

This 3 bedrooms sea view house features:
3 bedrooms:
* Master with comfortable king bed, breath taking ocean view from all windows. Ensuite features dual sinks, a shower, a seating area and a powder room.
* Second bedroom with king bed, yard and seas view along the verandah windows
* Third bedroom equipped with 2 comfortable single beds next to the bright verandah at the other side of the house.
Family lounge features 8 seats oak dining table, 4 seats sofa set, 1 study desk for home-office overlooking the ocean and verandah, bright and generous sunshine expanding into the lounge.
Fully equiped kitchen features appliances and capsule coffee machine, perfect for cooking own meals.
*Note: We only offer welcome starter coffee pods. If you enjoy your machine and want to explore more flavors, we recommend visiting local grocery stores for additional purchases.
Entertainment lounge features 6 seats corner sofa and 1 arm chair able to be converted into a single bed upon request.
65 TCL smart TV with Netflix and other apps for your choice.
There is another full bathroom with superb bathtub, shower and sink next to the laundry with washing machine and a dryer.
The laundry connects to the garage where you can easily enter and exit during your stay with your car.

Well kept property with incredible views. Great location in Mt Martha. Fairly clean except for bbq being dirty and exterior not being maintained which was unable to be used. Beds were uncomfortable. Overall though it was a great property and enjoyed getaway.

Cute antique house around million dollar homes looking over the Mornington Peninsula. Could have been a perfect home if better organized before guests arrival.

The communication with our host was very good and prompt, as we had a small hiccup once in terms of access to the property one day.The house is a little tired, broken leg on terrace table, sparse of any added extras, handle fell off bathroom door which we reported, no complete sets of matching crockery, no beach towels ( we came from uk and missed this in description) It's a beach resort area so there could be so many items that would enhance the stay and move it up a level. We found the beds exceptionally hard. But spacious and useful base to explore the area. You need a car for sure
