Ground floor: Living room 20 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the 25 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen 10 sqm and with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed and TV. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
