Das Haus hat Potential und ist für bis zu 6 Personen auch sehr gut geeignet. Lage ist gut und Ausstattung auch vollkommen ausreichend. Allerdings gibt es diverse Punkte die bei solchen Preisen einfach nicht sein dürfen.
Farbe im Pool blätterte ab Toilettenspülungen gingen bei 2 von 4 Toiletten so gut wie gar nicht! Eine Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig (kein Wasserdruck) Boden in einem Schlafzimmer so verlegt, dass er Wellen wirft!!! Elektrik teilweise mangelhaft - wurde dann auch behoben. Auf und um das Grundstück herum noch viel Baumaterial und daher optisch nicht wirklich schön.
