This oceanfront condominium is on beautiful Hutchinson Island, neighboring the Marriott Indian River Resort with access to the resort's amenities. The condo is beautifully decorated with new furnishings and a fun, beachy décor. It is like having your very own resort within a resort here! The Marriott Resort has multiple restaurants, a market, bowling alley, plus there are many nearby restaurants, or there is a grocery store a few minutes away to grill by the pool.
You’ll have gorgeous views of the ocean and you are just steps to the sand, plus you get optional access to the Marriott Indian River Plantation Resort Country Club amenities with this condominium (golf, pickleball, etc). All furnishings are high end, including down-filled living room furniture you can sink into, and beautiful beds with Serta pillow top mattresses. Welcome to Oceanfront!
What makes this condo distinct from others:

-- There is a Smart Lock for easy entrance and exit without a key, as well as self check in.
There is a laundry facility on each floor of the building, which are available to guests. Coins for two laundry loads are provided for guests' use while staying.
Please note there is a Country club fee of 300 per group (up to 4 people) for an identification card that gets you into the amenities, similar to a hotel guest card that opens doors, and access to golf and tennis. The pro shop collects that fee when you go to pick up the identification card. The amenities include three different pools, fitness center, golf, pickleball and tennis. Green/cart fees for golf are 75 for eighteen holes, and 55 for nine. This is one of only a hand full of condos that provides this access -- you get the access rights of the Marriott guests with much larger oceanfront accommodations plus a balcony! (Marriott charges 40 per day for resort fee to hotel guests versus a one-time charge here for up to 4 people).

This place was the perfect getaway! You can pay just a little extra and get full access to 3 pools, Pickleball courts, tennis, and golf all at the Marriott Resort which is in walking distance but there’s a shuttle available too. My in laws, 4 yo and my husband and I were all very comfortable and the view of the beach was unforgettable! Very responsive host, coin laundry, elevator—I could go on!

The host is amazing. Parking daily is so easy! The pool is so clean the beach is not crowded. The place to stay was so well stocked. One of the best vacation spots!

We stayed at this property for the first week of January 2025. We selected it because we have family who live on the island and the proximity was perfect. That, however, was the only think that was perfect about our stay.The condo has, indeed, been updated at some point in it's lifetime but in a very superficial and economical manner. The paint is showing LOTS of wear and the bedding and soft goods are tired. The crucial systems such as electrical and HVAC were so dated that calls to both electricians and furnace technicians were necessitated. A bathroom short was so bad that it exploded a hair dryer and the furnace was non functioning during record cold temperatures. It too had faulty wiring according to the tech.Most concerning, however, is the fact that the secondary bedroom is a complete firetrap. The original broken storm shutters are still on the outside meaning the only escape from this room is past the utility closet (furnace). The window itself is broken and can't be raised.If the room were merely claustrophobic and dismal, that would be one thing but since the electrical system and the furnace both had shorts and wiring issues during our stay, the room is a major safety hazard. I would never put children back there. If you are just one couple traveling, the master has a beautiful view. Besides that the kitchen is functional but also cheaply appointed. The whole unit needs a good scrubbing. Maybe the recent remodel of the Marriott will raise the bar
