The pictures do not do it justice - this is a very nice, comfortable condo! It has everything you could possibly need; complete kitchen including Keurig or drip coffee, comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture, plenty of towels, The view from the balcony is exactly why you rent a beachfront condo! This condo is in an excellent location - on the beach, short drive to anything you could possibly want. Rob was very easy and prompt to communicate with. Only thing to note is there isn’t in unit laundry, but it is on the same floor- clean.

The property and area were better than expected. We had a wonderful stay and a great time on Hutchinson Island. The condo was on the forth floor and had a wonderful view of the ocean and pool area. This was a great place to relax and enjoy the beach.
