About this chalet rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency in Faverges offers this charming chalet surrounded by nature, with mountain views, covering an area of 180 m² and accommodating up to 12 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 1,800 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with a working fireplace, sofas, armchairs and a television
- A dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A study with double sofa bed
- A shower room with shower, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2&3: with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: with 4 single beds
- Work area with desk
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A lovely 1,800 m² open garden with a swing
- A 70 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The chalet is ideally located in Faverges, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. (approximately 3 km away).

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 space) and the private car park (4 spaces) at the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Albertville 20 km (27 min by car) and Annecy 30 km (50 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Annecy Mont-Blanc 43 km (50 min by car) and Geneva 80 km (1h45 by car)
Regular bus service between Annecy- Faverges-Albertville

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are included
- The chain restricting access to the terrace can be removed to make it easier for a person with walking difficulties to enter the chalet.
