Drive to the marina in just a quick 3-5 min drive. Revel in the possibilities as you rent a boat, savor live musical performances, and bask in relaxation by the water.
Unwind and rejuvenate in the comfort of your private outdoor sitting area, complete with a cozy fire pit that sets the perfect ambiance for memorable evenings under the stars in the back yard. Catch your favorite movie or sporting event on the TV on the back porch just above the gas fireplace.
Tesla charger is available for use in the garage just off the driveway
Beyond your retreat, a world of local attractions await just minutes away. Embark on a journey to the legendary Jack Daniel`s distillery immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Tim`s Ford State Park, and explore the scenic wonders of the Elk River. Also, in the area you`ll find Uncle Nearest Distillery and George Dickel distilleries where you can schedule tours and tastings.
Marina is open year around for gas and snacks, the restaurant is open May through Labor Day.
The Reserve at Holiday Landing is an amazing golf cart neighborhood right next to the lake with direct access to the marina.

The cozy cottage was adorable! We have stayed at several rentals in this community, and this was one of our favorites. Justin checked on us and was easy to get in touch with us when I had a question. Great stay!
