This newly built five-bedroom / 3.5-bath townhome can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests or 14 guests with two sleeping pads. Located right off of I-15, this home is in the perfect spot for day trips to one of the many National or State parks. Spend your days exploring the nearby hills or boating at the nearby lakes! Back at home, challenge each other to a ping pong tournament or grill up some burgers for the family. The main bedroom hosts a king bed, tv, and an ensuite bathroom. Off the entry, up the stairs, you'll find three more king bedrooms and a bunk room, all with smart TVs. Whether you adventure through the mountains, lounge by the pool, or stay home, this is the perfect place for you!

This is a beautiful, well-stocked home. We loved the swimming pool with the water slide and lazy river. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great option for a family. Plenty of space and the hot tub was clean and well maintained. My kids loved the lazy river and pool. Well stocked for needs.

The home was beautiful! The service was awesome! We loved the location and the views (except for the mound of dirt behind the house lol). Had a few minor issues with the umbrella and the hot tub but nothing that wasn't addressed promptly. We appreciated the ease of the check in and check out process as well. We would for sure come back. My only recommendation is to have signs posted for regular vehicles not to park in the trailer parking stalls, it was hard enough to find a spot to park a trailer and for normal vehicles to park there should not be allowed.. Thanks for everything.
