Elk Meadow is located on a greenbelt and next to the Cougar hiking trail which leads to Monte Verde Lake. This spacious three-bedroom/three-bath home with an oversized two-car garage is ideal for large gatherings. Everyone will want to spend their time on the large wrap-around deck with a private gazebo. After a day of mountain activities, you can soak your bones in the hot tub on the deck. You can escape the city life by taking in the fresh mountain air and enjoying the abundant wildlife. Channel your inner chef as you whip up a meal in the fully updated/outfitted kitchen. No stepping on toes; there is plenty of space for the whole gang to hang out in open concept living/dining/kitchen areas. Down the hall are two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Another bathroom is located off the hallway. Upstairs is a large loft with a sitting area that has a sectional sofa, a game table, and two twins over full bunk beds. Also upstairs is another bedroom with a king and a full-sized bed that shares a bath with the loft area. There is a washer/dryer in a separate utility room. This home also has free internet access.

PARKING: On-site parking for 2 to 3 vehicles
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

All our properties are maintained by snowplows and we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. But please be prepared! A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
