About this house rental
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 2 bedroom and 2.5 baths. Includes two owner suites with a garden tub and a downstairs bathroom, beautiful hardwood flooring, granite countertops, all appliances, including washer and dryer. Eat-in kitchen located off the patio. Large sectional in living room, with a 65 inch TV mounted over a beautiful fireplace. Full access to the community pool, close to restaurants, grocery store and lots of retail shopping.
Each bedroom has a King size bed and there own separate bathrooms.
For bookings longer than 30 days, we will collect a $1,200 refundable security deposit. Smoking inside of the home is prohibited. Failure to obey the rules will result in a $500.00 fine.
House rules are in place to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Please take note of the house rules before booking the home. Failure to observe these rules can/will result in additional charges. Our homes are inspected after each stay.
DAMAGES:
There will be a temporary hold on your credit card for $200.00. This is a fully refundable deposit and will automatically be released back to your card 5 days after check out, provided there is not damage to the property. If you find any damage to the property during the check in process, please report it to the host immediately and provide pictures.
PARTIES:
Parties are not allowed at this property. Out of respect of our neighbors, we request noise be kept at a minimum between the hours of 11:00pm-8:00am.
SMOKING/VAPING:
Smoking and vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to abide by these rules can/will result in fine.
PETS:
Please DO NOT allow pets on beds. Put a blanket down before allowing them on the furniture. Please contact your host if you are traveling with more than one pet, as additional charges will apply. Inform the host of how many pets and the breed. Due to allergy concerns, cats are not allowed.

We were two couples staying at the townhouse. We liked that there were two king beds with their own bathroom. One bedroom was nicer with better furniture— like a headboard instead of just a mattress on a frame. The townhouse was clean and easy to check-in with a code pad on the front door. The photos are accurate and we would consider staying here again.

We booked this place for the pool. The main photo for this listing is a picture of the pool, but don’t be fooled. We were there during a 90 degree week and couldn’t use it. We weren’t told until the day of check-in that most pools in the area don’t open until Memorial Day. To make matters worse, we arrived and saw that the pool looked to be open, so we got our hopes up again, only to find that there is an angry and very possessive goose living inside the pool fence, pooping in the water. Otherwise, the place is fine. It was nice to have two king beds, three bathrooms, and more space than a hotel. It could use some love though, both in terms of cleaning and fixing some broken items.
