Cheerful, Semi Oceanfront, pet friendly, w/pool

The layout of the house is great! It was clean and updated. The pool was a perfect option for days when the beach was too windy and the waves were too rough. Nic is a great host who was always responsive and happy to answer whatever questions I had.

The house was adequate for our family. The kitchen was well stocked.

Very quiet location with a nice view of the ocean and a cool breeze to enjoy it by. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this beach rental and had a decent experience overall, but there were a few issues worth noting. The location was convenient and the space itself was comfortable, but the cleanliness did not fully meet expectations. Some areas looked like they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, which made the first impression less welcoming.Another concern was the presence of outdoor cameras, which we noticed after arriving. These were not disclosed in the property listing, and while they may have been intended for security, it would have been much better if this information had been communicated upfront.We also experienced an ongoing problem with the upstairs toilet, which would not flush properly. We had to remove the back of the tank and manually flush from inside the tank each time. Although we reported this issue to the owner during our stay, it was never corrected.Overall, the stay was fair but not without its drawbacks. With more attention to cleanliness, transparency about security features, and timely maintenance, this property could provide a much better guest experience.
