Welcome to Crazy 8- This oceanside home is one of the tallest houses in Avon, and the panoramic views are spectacular! This standout 5-story home offers views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Pamlico Sound. You can literally sit on the living room couch in the morning and watch the sunrise with your coffee in hand, and then in the evening, watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine. And you never even had to leave the couch! Crazy 8 is the perfect base for up to three families (sleeps 14) who want space, views, and serious fun.
The house is designed for multi-family getaways, with separate living/sleeping areas across three levels so everyone can spread out while still gathering for meals, games, and sunset cocktails. Nine beds and seven flat-screen TVs keep the group comfortable, whether you’re watching the game or a movie after a day on the beach.
Highlights include:
• A full Tiki Bar complete with refrigerator, gas grill, deck, air hockey, a multi-game arcade machine (Super Pac-Man, Space Invaders/Galaga, Dig Dug, and more), and ring toss.
• A hot tub on the 4th-floor deck—daytime beach views, nighttime stargazing.
• A 5th floor Ship’s Watch / crow’s nest with a full day bed, flat screen TV, full 360 degree walk around deck giving the ultimate vantage point of the entire area. The ultimate place to quietly read a book or enjoy a movie.
