We enjoyed our second stay at the property and have booked it again for next year. Great location and well-maintained property. The property manager is easy to work with and was quick to resolve any issues.

Beautiful, spacious home. Comfortable beds. Peaceful neighborhood. Inviting pool area. Liked that we could walk our dog to Duffy’s which had a dog friendly patio. Loved The Twisted Lobster and the Monkey Grill for dinner.

Christy has a beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. The pool and back yard were a relaxing oasis. A couple small issues popped up but Christy is very responsive and fixed those immediately. It had everything we needed, and the bikes were a nice amenity for a daily ride. The canal was great for kayaking and watching dolphins. Close to nice restaurants was also a plus. We would stay again!

As you drive from the airport you realize just how much there is to do in Cape Coral/ Fort Myers. there are many restaurants and Sanibel Island and the Fort Myers Beach are a mere 20-30min drive from the property. The House itself is immaculate with everything you need for a family. The outdoor oasis with a perfect sized pool was great for the kids. Inside the three bedrooms were equipped with their own washroom and were a great size. There was plenty of space and cabinets to put all of your stuff. The kitchen had everything you need to host your family and the two living rooms could keep any family of any age entertained. All in all this place was perfect and we are going to be coming back. Christy was easy to get in touch with and helped us with any issues we had or questions we needed answered!
