About this villa rental
Summary:
We provide all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. The Villa has a water dispenser with a 5 gallon jug of drinking water. We stock fresh bath and beach towels. The kitchen has cookware and place settings as well as a full-size refridgerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee makers, toaster and blender.
The wifi is exellent and there is a large smart tv in the living room.
If there is anything you need, we live locally and we are happy to help!
The Space:
La Bella Vita is a beautiful development in Playa La Jolla. Playa La Jolla is located at the end of Playa Encanto; recognized as one of the best beaches in the region. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa is multi level with the first 2 rooms on the 2nd floor and the 2nd room, kitchen and living room on the 3rd floor. There are 3 private patios as well as a pacious rooftop deck with both ocean and estuary views.
The Neighborhood:
La Bella Vita is within walking distance to the beach (just 2-5 minutes). It a beautiful, family friendly, gated community with 24 hour patrols. You can also drive and park at the beach access.
Nearby is the the Morua Estuary. The estuary is a great place to swim, fish, snorkel or kayak. You can visit the oyster farm for fresh osyters & crab tostadas (bring your own beverages).
The Encantame Resort has a cafe and high-end restaurant open to the public and there's a taco bar nearby too! If you're looking for more variety, it is a short 15 minute drive to town for ample shopping and restaurant opportunities. Sam's club and the Bodega are nearby if you wish to stock the fridge and pantry to cook in the Villa.

Property was clean, efficient, and very quiet. Very close to beach and beautiful seashells and sunsets. Very happy with this property and care given to make it comfortable for us. Could not be happier!

Second time staying here and we love it! You are far enough away from the city to feel secluded from others. There is PLENTY of beach for everyone in the area! And the low tide is something to see O.O Very patient and understanding as I had to rebook and possibly change last minute but were willing to accommodate. Very pleased!

Was a most wonderful experience. The Host Kip & Debbie were amazing. Text them a few times asking questions, their response was immediate. That alone was worth the trip. A lot of times it is so hard to communicate with a host. Give them both an A+ rating.
The villa was great super clean lots of space, views of the beach were spectacular. Short walk to the beach. The beach sand was awesome and the water was actually blue, which is why they say the beaches in that area. Very peaceful and relaxing, was difficult to go home. We will be back... Thanks again Debbie and Kip.

A very lovely and comfy 3 story townhouse. Garage on level 1 (not for guests, but can park in driveway), 2 bedroom suites on 2nd level, kitchen, bedroom, dining and living room on 3rd level. Seating and views on roof. Just has a leak from ceiling in 3rd level bedroom. They allowed our doggies, which we are so grateful for. Thank you!
