Staff and host were professional. Check-in was a breeze. The room is spacious with a great view, spotless clean, smell wonderful and has all the essential that I need. Overall very happy with this stay.

My only complaint is it took 9 days before the property was cleaned meaning we had to use the same towels and bed linen for over a week. It does state that cleaning the room is only done every 3-4 days which is ok but after repeated requests to housekeeping/fr desk for clean towels and change bed linen it was finally done . Location is first class and the rest of the hotel was lovely but you shouldn’t have to complain on a daily basis for the basic things
