I could walk inside to the MGM, enjoyed the food court and the friendly staff

I checked in like normal at the hotel registration desk. Staff was great. It took a little longer than normal because the Booking ID did not come up immediately in the system. Despite putting someone on the room, they were only able to look up the first name. Room was exceptionally quiet despite being connected to another room and immediately next to the elevator bank. Easy access it was lovely. Having a semi-full kitchen was great.

I could not check in any earlier without a fee, even though the room was ready. The bed was damaged (literally felt like it was broken in half and the 2 TVs did not work while I was there. I notated with onsite staff, and they said they were sending someone up but never did. It was a rather cheap booking but you'd expect the bed to at least be functional and intact. I could have booked the luxor for $20 and gotten a better bed. The fridge was small and did not cool past 50 degrees. I learned the hard way.
