Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
Please pick up after pets outside.
We usually allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.).
No vicious breeds are permitted.
A $200 pet fee applies.
EXTRAS
Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is :

HOUSE RULES
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
No parties or events permitted. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.

Beautiful property and great location! Quiet neighborhood. We were 5 couples and it was perfect for us. Super clean and well stocked. Shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and TP provided. Awesome giant windows in upstairs kitchen/TV room and downstairs TV room that provide great view of red rocks and waterfall, putting green backyard. No sun shades on those giant windows means sun really shines through at sunset. Coverings would be nice. Bedrooms were super clean and beds/pillows very comfy and cozy. Great window coverings in bedrooms if you like to sleep in. Bring your own spices for kitchen and dish soap. Some hangers provided in closet but would recommend you bring more. Property management extremely courteous and responsive. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Sedona!

This house was exactly as advertised and offered both great shared and private spaces. The views were amazing and there wasn't any skimping in the building or furnishing of this home. Location was also very convenient to downtown and the various trails of West Sedona. The house sits directly on Airport Road, so there is some traffic noise when you are sitting in the outdoor spaces. The Wi-Fi signal was poor, but we contacted Porter and they provided us with a different one which worked better. There was no information provided about the house (although everything about the house was fairly self explanatory) or the surrounding area in the unit, and coffee was not provided. Check out instructions were straightforward and emailed the day prior to check out.

Amazing stay for the family! Views are incredible from every room. The house is decorated impeccably. Ping pong, putting, bags and the hot tub were a huge hit! Sedona is beautiful! We did a 4 seater side by side that I would highly recommend. Got take out pizza from Famous Pizza and Beer - would recommend. Amazing house, would highly recommend! Will be back from longer next time!
