La 1ère avec un lit double 1,60m , Une 2e avec 2 lits simples, ( lits gigognes ) qui peuvent se réunir. Un canapé lit dans le salon, 1,40m. Salle d eau à l italienne, WC indépendant avec lavabo. Cuisine aménagée, lave vaisselle, lave linge. Télévision, Table et chaises dans le jardin. La mer est à 200 mètres à pied. très jolies balades à faire le long du littoral, la pinède du Mont boron avec le Fort d Alban et sa vue féérique sur la baie et Nice avec ses restaurants, ses boutiques, ses marchés typiques ..

The house and grounds were gorgeous and the rental unit was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the comfort between our walking tours of the town. It was quite hot when we were there, so the air conditioning was a blessing! Host Isa was very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Although this wasn’t the apartment we originally booked it was a pleasant substitution. Very clean and well equipped. Excellent location for getting the buses into Nice/Monaco as the bus stop is a 2minute walk away. There is an excellent supermarket a similar distance.
