Parking:
*4 cars in the driveway
*additional street parking in front of home (no more than 2 cars)

*NO SMOKING
*NO UNAUTHORIZED GATHERINGS
*Guest Access information and instructions will be given upon check in
*Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request
Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.
The early check-in fee is $25 per hour early.
*Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40.
Late check-out is only applicable if requested.
If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80.
This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your security deposit.

This property is the same as it showed in the pictures, host was very welcoming and had no problems checking in and checking out definitely recommend this property especially if you want to be close towards downtown.10/10

I used this home for my daughters prom send off and it was beautiful,nice and clean I have not 1 complaint the area is quiet and right across the street from a park I would definitely recommend this home Thanks Andrew!!!!!
