The O`Four is a newly remodeled duplex with two private units. It is designed for modern enthusiast, who enjoy a cozy home away from home.
High speed internet, TV, Netflix. Also laundry and a full kitchen equipped with all cooking basics.

Late check-out is only applicable if requested.
If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80.
This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

If you see anything outside the realm of common scuff marks, a light stain or similar during your initial walk through, please document and forward it to us. We ask that our guests be mindful of towel suggestions (placed in the bathrooms) to help us provide a clean and sustainable environment.

Host was very nice and responsive, however, host didn't acknowledge when I told him that both units were unlocked upon arrival. Amenities were lacking - with this being 2 separate units, I expect to have all of the amenities in each unit. Only 1 hair dryer and no ironing board. The towels were horrible - old/cheap and thin. The kitchen and bathroom faucets need to be looked at because they spray all over. The shampoo and soap are VO5 and Axe...not really great for women. Other things that would be nice - provide a little coffee and a coffee pot in each unit and bath mats. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable.
