Inside, exposed beams and a layout built for up to six guests make the home as much a place to recharge as a launchpad for everything the city has to offer.

Living space
The exposed-beam living room is an easy-going anchor for the home - warm in character and built around togetherness. Settle in for the evening with the 50-inch HDTV, loaded with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix. Central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan keep the environment comfortable year-round, while fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace behind a private door make it easy to stay connected without pulling you away from the rest of the group.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably, each dressed in cotton linens and fitted with room-darkening shades for proper rest. Clothing storage is available throughout, and with 2.5 bathrooms across the home, even a full group moves through the morning routine without friction.

Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen is outfitted for serious home cooking - Frigidaire refrigerator, electric stove, single oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and toaster, alongside cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Gather at the dining table for a full evening in, or brew a slow coffee and ease into the day before heading out to explore.

Bathroom
Every bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - pack light and arrive ready.

Family & everyday extras
Traveling with young children? A pack 'n play/travel crib and a folding or convertible high chair with food tray are both available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be arranged. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and an in-room safe handle the day-to-day essentials, and cleaning is available during your stay for longer trips.

Step out to the patio or backyard when you need a quiet moment away from the city's energy. The home features a private entrance, a single-level layout with no stairs, and free street parking. Magazine Street's restaurants, boutiques, and cafés are within easy walking distance, and the nearby streetcar connects you quickly to the French Quarter, the Superdome, and Tulane.
