About this house rental
Located less than a half of a mile from downtown Black Mountain and Lake Tomahawk, Skyview Oasis is a modern, light-filled sanctuary! There is room for everyone to enjoy a mountain retreat with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, in addition to a separate suite with a private bedroom and bathroom.
About the Home
• Open-concept main floor with dining area for 6, double-sided gas fireplace, and living room with TV for streaming.
• Well-equipped kitchen with island seating for 6, a drip-style coffee maker, and lounging area with TV for streaming.
• Convenient main floor powder room and laundry room with stackable washer and dryer.
• Upstairs, enjoy a comfortable seating area overlooking the main floor and beautiful tree-top views.
• The thoughtfully appointed covered back deck offers a variety of seating with steps down to a backyard swing.
• A Tesla charger is available along the side of the house for guest use.
Please note that the driveway is shared. Parking for a maximum of 3 cars is available in front of the house and behind the house on the designated parking pads. Parking on the right side of the driveway next to the house should be for using the electric car charger or for a brief period to unload.
