The condo was very clean and well furnished. It is very close to Bayfront which was very convenient and safe. We were very disappointed that the pool was under construction after we had been told it was open. The owner did give us a 6% refund as he said he did not know the pool was closed. We had seven guests and had to pay extra money for 3 of the guests (price is based on 4 guests) but we were only given 4 towels. We came in very late Thursday night/Friday morning and I contacted the owner Saturday but he said he couldn't accommodate with more towels that day but could have if I had contacted him on Friday. We checked out Sunday sharing towels. Check-in and Check out was great. Doorman is there 24 hours which was very nice.

The host was very Welcoming and cordial. We communicated reagularly. He was very nice in making our stay good. We may rent from him next year as long as dates work out ok and not already booked.

Philip was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean, cute. The location was super close to Bayside, restaurants, shopping, and transportation.
