This Edgewater Beach Resort one bedroom two bathroom condo is directly on the ocean with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and lagoon-style pool. This condo is on the 10th floor in the highly desirable Tower One overlooking best pool on the property. The living room and bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the beach and lagoon pool. Condo also has a washer and dryer. All linens are provided except beach towels. There is WiFi in the unit. Edgewater is a gated resort with 24/7 security. On site rentals for parasailing, jet skis, banana boat rides, beach chairs and umbrellas. Tower one is close to the onsite Ocean Bar and Grill, Pizza Restaurant, Store and Starbucks.

Everything was great. The view was fantastic, it was clean, the communication was good. If i had to say something negative it would be the sliding doors were fogged over in the master bdrm and both sliding doors took a very strong person to close them. Only one of the two elevators worked. Great location and a perfect view. I would book again.

We stayed at Edgewater from June 17-21 and what can I say, the location of Edgewater is fantastic. The view of the ocean was just spectacular. The property has a fantastic pool with areas for the children to play. The Oceans bar and Grill on the property is on the pricey side, but the food and drinks were good. We stayed in tower one and only one elevator worked our entire stay. When we got to our unit, we were immediately met with a damp and humid condo; the A/C was not on. The unit’s walls were “bubbling,” meaning the paint was lifting off the walls. Ceiling tiles were crusty and old, and the lighting was very dim. The floors were literally slippery, so much that one of my children slipped and fell; thankfully they were not hurt. We had to use a towel to dry all of the floor in order to walk safely. In the kitchen, there were also several dishes that were dirty and had old food stuck to them, very disgusting. We had to wash all of the dishes we knew we would use in order to safely cook with them. Several outlets in the unit that did not work. The sheets were dirty and full of sand. We had to wash the sheets. The master bathroom’s shower/tub did not drain properly. I discovered that the drain was clogged with hair, so I removed the hair myself in order to have proper drainage. When I notified the owners of some of the issues (with photos mind you), I never heard back. Overall, I would not consider Edgewater for our vacation home next year.
