Welcome to Magpie Manor, walking distance to the Yellowstone River and Sacajawea park; only minutes to downtown, the golf course , fairgrounds, 89 miles to Yellowstone National Park, and 30 miles to Bridger Bowl.This carefully curated studio has everything you need to make this your base camp for adventure. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and whole house water filter. You have private alley access, a comfortable queen size bed and a couch that converts to a bed. The covered porch perfect for sipping your morning coffee or to relax with a beverage after your day’s adventure. This space is perfect for a single or a couple with children. We have free wifi, and a flat screen tv.

Third year in a row staying with Alain, simply the best. Place is spotless and Livingston is a gem of a town. Easy access to Yellowstone and Bozeman and walking into town for food and shopping couldn’t easier. Would highly recommend to any solo traveler or couple coming through the area looking for a nice quiet place to stay. Really couldn’t be any better.

Very clean and cozy. The front porch is so relaxing, surrounded by wildflower and very peaceful spot to sit with your morning coffee. Wonderful host, very gracious. We got the check in details a little late, which really wasn't an issue at all, but to make up for it, she gave us a gift card to a restaurant in town. We went there for dinner and it was some of our favorite food of the whole trip!

Excellent little cottage. Alain was a wonderful hostess. We were greeted with a homemade blueberry coffee cake, a bouquet of garden flowers, and a sprigs of fresh mint in a jar on the kitchen window sill. We felt welcomed and cared for. Thank you Alain.

This spot exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t even do it justice! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Not to mention the AMAZING blueberry coffee cake our host made and left for us. She even left us a list of events and activities to do while we were there. This place was so perfect for our romantic getaway in Montana! We will recommend this place over and over again! Thank you!
