Functional, attractive, modern condo in prime location. High end furnishings, bedding and amenities.
Newly built and decorated in 2024, comfort was paramount for this high end 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Livingston Flats is centrally located and walkable to grocery stores, coffee, restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the main Interstate and highway for shortening drive time for your Montana adventures in and around Livingston. 45 min to Yellowstone National Park, 5 minutes to downtown Livingston 10 minutes to many hikes and the Yellowstone River.
2 bedroooms, one with a king and one with a queen with private full baths, laundry room, fully stocked chefs kitchen, bright, modern, open floorplan, and beautiful mountain views! There is an additional sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping.
Private balcony with mountain views, BBQ grill and seating for morning coffee. The condo complex is behind the Albertson's grocery store with local drivethrough coffee shop, Starbucks and gas station. Makes for simple and easy logistics.
The condo is on the 3rd floor (making for great views of the mountains), and there is no elevator.
There is patio furniture and a grill if you want to sit outside, or the picture windows with privacy blinds work great. The balcony does overlook a more industrial area below, but views of the entrance to Paradise Valley are still tremendous!

The apartment felt like a home away fromHome!The host was very responsive and friendly. The apartment was clean and they have paid attention to every small details that people would need for an extended stay. The location was just 5 minutes to Livingston downtown and definitely a better option than staying in gardener. Bozeman is only 25 minutes away. The apartment had a lovely view of the mountains. The only drawback was there is a gas station with lots of trucks parked close by and they are in and out during the night which can be a bit noisy. But nothing that keeps you up at night. Overall rating:10/10

Great place to stay! Beautiful & very clean. This is my favorite place to stay when we come to Montana. We are building a cabin and have had to come to Montana several trips. This place is my favorite to stay at.

all very good and highluy recommended, only SMALL negative was some lorry noise from the filling station outside late at night.
