7 Filbert Lane is a two story home 2075 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths that will accommodate 10 people.

• The dining room table can seat 6-8 people with room for 3 more at the bar
• The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a dual fuel range with 2 gas burners and 2 electric burners
• Rounding out the main level is a utility room half bathroom as well as a master bedroom with king bed, TV, bathroom with two sinks and a shower and direct access to the private hot tub

The house was very clean and nice. Close to the mall and well furnished. We had an excellent time.

Beautiful home with everything we needed! Only down side was that it was hard communicating with the resort staff. I wish there was one property manager we could deal with rather than a different person every time we called and sometimes no one would answer the phone even during business hours.

This is a nice house and good value. I never received any type of check in info or welcome from VRBO so that was stressful trying to reach the property management while enroute.
1. There are bicycles to ride but they needed TLC and tires pumped up to utilize...no working pump. 2. Oven didn't work properly...it turns off after a couple of minutes. 3. I would add a remote keypad for the garage door opener on the exterior so that people dont have to trudge through the house to open the garage each time. The spa people should come in the AM rather than PM. This will give the hot tub time to warm back up after they fill it up.
