In Villa Pergola, the main entrance from the iron gate through gardens of olive and flowers is shared.
Then each detached villa (Pergola & Anthea Rossa) has its own private spaces and every room in Pergola, as in the plans shown, has an open view with the sitting room & double bedroom having direct sea views. A careful blend of colours.
Ground floor with open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
Siting & Dining areas with satellite TV. Leads to a terrace with great sea views.
Stairs leading up to bedroom 2 with twin beds & bathroom with shower &
to bedroom 1 with double bed leading to balcony with direct sea views and en-suite marble bathroom, with jacuzzi bath.
Comfortable old and modern furnishings.
Wide terraces with terracotta floor tiling and furnished in teak.
Swimming pool with terrace & views & BBQ area.
Minimum stay one week or upon availability.
Prices are in euros per week including cleaning and linen (once a week, on the changeover day), pool cleaning, gardening, and Wi-Fi internet.
Taxes and fees may be applied on the top of prices based on legislation.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.
One older child or adult can sleep on the sofa or in a folding bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in bedroom 2 is 1.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the management.
Electricity is free up to 80KWH / week. More than 80 KWH the cost is 0.45 Euros / KWH.
Extra cleaning and linen are upon request.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during the stay.

Overall good but some niggles. Location exactly as expected with 700m walk to Koutana village and Taverna and coffee shop.View was superb and pool nice and clean. Property was also clean but note below. Towels changed every few days but sheets weekly as per description. Property starting to show its age and end of season maintenance items with needing some TLC on paving and outside metalwork on balcony. Oven was not clean, no oven gloves provided and ensuite toilet seat was loose/broken that cleaner knew about but was not repaired during stay.

We all just needed somewhere to completely relax and decompress after a hard year. Long hours at work and the relentless grind of the depressing state of the world had left us all exhausted. Maybe soon accomplished! Beautiful wee hideaway with a stunning view, and a real home from home vibe. Wisteria covered balconies and a private pool-what more do you need? Very helpful hosts,-would definitely recommend. Hope to be back sometime .
