Tzeni Villa

Very convenient location, small beach at the front, many restaurants to choose from in immediate vicinity. Close to Lefkada town and a good starting point to explore the whole island. Beautiful garden and views of the sea. Very clean studio.

Traffic noise could be an issue.

The view from our apartment was beautiful, watched the sun rise and the moon set over the sea . The hosts were lovely and very informative. We had a lovely four days here and could not recommend it enough . The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in , I'm going to buy a mattress!!

There was nothing , the stay was perfect

Probably one of the best places I've visited, September is the perfect time to travel, a lot quieter, less busy and just the right temperature. Tzeni Villa is situated virtually on the beach, you walk down a little path and you're there. The sea is crystal clear and warm(ish) - you just didn't want to get out. I sat on the decking of the villa every morning and had a coffee, always went to read as well but just sat there looking out at the sunrise and the views - and they are amazing. Jenny and Panis, who look after the property, are absolutely perfect hosts, despite the language barrier we got on great, Panis makes every effect to communicate with all guests (using Google Translate), he was so helpful. And, Jenny is just perfect.

Because there's only one main road most of the properties are on it, so there is a bit of traffic noise but I sleep with earplugs in so it didn't bother me that much, and it definitely wouldn't stop me from staying there again (and intend to definitely got back). Although Lefkas is nice to visit in an evening, it gets very very busy, and parking and driving is an absolute nightmare.

Very good location, right next to the sea, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The check-in process was very easy.

Unfortunately, our room faced the main road on both sides, and there was heavy traffic. The noise was noticeable even with all the windows closed, which made sleeping quite difficult for someone who is not used to it. We asked whether another room might be available, but unfortunately we were informed that everything was fully booked. For three nights it was tolerable, but if we had stayed longer, we probably would have looked for different accommodation. Since all the studios (whether facing the road or the garden) are in the same booking category, if I stayed here again I would first make sure that I could get a room with a balcony facing the garden; otherwise, I would look elsewhere for accommodation.
